WildBlue customers are required to sign the WildBlue Customer Agreement, must have a PC that meets our Minimum System Requirements, and are subject to the WildBlue Fair Access Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. These packages and pricing are offered by participating retailers only.

*A "threshold" is the amount of data that you can upload or download in a 30-day period before WildBlue's Fair Access Policy may reduce your speeds. Typically these thresholds affect less than 3% of our customers and help ensure optimum performance for all WildBlue customers.

Standard installation

A standard installation includes the following:

• Professional installation of WildBlue CPE by a Certified installer

• Travel to and from subscriber location within 50 miles of installers office

• Up to 100 foot of RG-6 cable from the antenna to the modem

• Cables routed through one exterior wall and one interior wall of floor

• WildBlue modem connected to one computer. Multiple PC's and wireless routers are not included in standard installation.

Non-standard installations may result in additional charges. Our technician will discuss the installation prior to commencing work. If a non-standard installation is required, additional costs will be discussed and approved by customer before any work can be started. If the customer does not agree to the additional costs, the work order and contract can be canceled. A cancellation fee may be charged to cover site survey, trip and shipping charges.
